Patients, families, and their spokesperson have the right to speak about concerns regarding the care and treatment received at Alice Hyde Medical Center. These concerns are referred to as complaints and are handled by the Patient & Family Experience Department. We hope the issue can be resolved before the patient leaves the Medical Center by speaking to the floor or unit staff. If this does not happen, a call can be placed to the Patient & Family Experience Department and a formal process will be undertaken.
