Dwyer Health Center

Dwyer Health Center is a primary care clinic that is staffed by primary care providers who use a team-based approach to deliver high-quality care and ensure proper care coordination and improve access to primary care, preventative health services, and specialty care services. Our team is dedicated to serving the community and providing an environment of compassion and respect where patients can receive personalized and comprehensive primary care services.

Our primary care providers at Dwyer Health Center perform routine check-ups, well-care appointments, and coordinate care and referrals to specialists. Limited laboratory services, such as blood draws, are also available at the health center. All health center patients are able to sign up for Alice Hyde’s patient portal services.

In 2019, Dwyer Health Center became a certified Rural Health Clinic (RHC) – a federal program for health care facilities operating in underserved rural areas.

Dwyer Health Center offers public blood-draw services every:
Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. 
Health care provider lab slip is required.
