Leroux Health Center
Leroux Health Center is a primary care clinic that is staffed by primary care providers who use a team-based approach to deliver high-quality care and ensure proper care coordination and improve access to primary care, preventative health services, and specialty care services. Our team is dedicated to serving the community and providing an environment of compassion and respect where patients can receive personalized and comprehensive primary care services.
Our primary care providers at Leroux Health Center perform routine check-ups, well-care appointments, and coordinate care and referrals to specialists. Limited laboratory services, such as blood draws, are also available at the health center. All health center patients are able to sign up for Alice Hyde’s patient portal services.
In 2019, Leroux Health Center became a certified Rural Health Clinic (RHC) – a federal program for health care facilities operating in underserved rural areas.
Leroux Health Center offers public blood-draw services every
Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Health care provider lab slip is required.
