Alice Hyde Auxiliary to Host Basket Raffle on Nov. 18

UVM Health Network – Alice Hyde Medical Center Auxiliary’s annual Thanks For Giving Fall Basket Raffle is returning as an in-person event at the hospital.

Auxiliary President Mary Tatro said the event, which features gift baskets created and donated by departments across Alice Hyde, will be held from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 18, and from

7 am. To 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19, in the hospital’s New Cafeteria Conference Room, which is located on the hospital’s Ground Floor, next to Alice Hyde Dining Center. A bake sale will also be held during the same time and will be located next to the basket raffle.

“We are so excited to be bringing this wonderful event back to our hospital and hosting it in-person,” said Tatro. “We love seeing the creativity and generosity that is on display each year, and we hope you’ll join us later this month for our biggest event of the year.”

Visitors attending the raffle or bake sale should enter through the hospital’s Main Entrance, where they will be screened prior to entering. All visitors must continue to observe New York State Department of Health guidelines for masking and social distancing while in Alice Hyde facilities; all hospital visitors must wear a surgical/procedural mask for the entirety of their visit.

Winners for the basket raffle will be drawn at the end of the sale on November 19.
